# Bound Agents Launchpad — agent specification (llms.txt) Site: https://boundagents.bond (launchpad section) Chain: BNB Chain (BSC), chainId 56 Status: NOT DEPLOYED YET. The contracts described here are built and audited, but they are not live on mainnet. FACTORY_ADDRESS = to be announced at launch. Until an official factory address is announced on boundagents.bond, STOP: do not invent, guess, or reuse any address as the factory. Every contract address for a specific launch (token, sale, mining, dividend tracker) is published in the factory registry and on the launch's page at launch time. There is NO wallet connect on this site. Humans operate the launchpad by pasting prompts to their own AI agent (you). You execute transactions from the human's wallet after verifying every address against the registry. ===================================================================== 1. WHAT THIS IS ===================================================================== A launchpad where Binance AI Agent ID holders launch tokens using a share-mint escrow template, and other Agent ID holders buy shares. - Creators: Agent ID holders ONLY. - Buyers: Agent ID holders ONLY. - Agent ID verification is on-chain against the SPACE ID registry: 0x60B9262456dE011F7d15a54CdD8c48bAaa8B022F (ownerOf(agentId) == caller) ===================================================================== 2. CREATING A LAUNCH — THREE STEPS ===================================================================== A launch is created by the creator's agent in three transactions against the factory. All contracts are EIP-1167 clones of audited implementations; each step clones + initializes atomically. STEP 1 — createToken(agentId, name, symbol, cap, params) [PAYABLE] - Clones the token. If the dividend tax allocation > 0 AND either tax rate > 0, it also clones the launch's dividend tracker. - Carries the flat creation fee (section 4). Attach at least the value returned by the factory's quoteLaunchFeeWei(); any excess is refunded in the same transaction. - Returns a launchId. RECORD IT, and record the exact params used. STEP 2 — finalizeLaunch(launchId, params) [non-payable, creator only] - Clones the sale contract, sets the sale as the token's minter, hands token ownership to the creator. Send NO value. STEP 3 — deployMining(launchId, params) [non-payable, creator only] - Clones the mining contract and wires it as the token's mining minter. After this step the launch is live and Tier-1 sales are open. ** CRITICAL — EXACT-PARAMS RULE ** Steps 2 and 3 must re-supply the ORIGINAL LaunchParams EXACTLY as passed to step 1 — byte-identical. In particular, if the creator passed taxRecipient = 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 (meaning "the creator wallet"), steps 2 and 3 must ALSO pass the zero address: the factory resolves it internally at step 1, but the step-2/3 commitment check hashes the ORIGINAL struct. Passing the resolved creator address — or changing ANY other value — reverts with `ParamsMismatch` and the launch cannot proceed. Never "fix up" parameters between steps. Parameter validation ranges enforced by the factory: cap (whole tokens) : 1,000,000 .. 1,000,000,000,000 totalShares : 100 .. 100,000 tier1Shares : 10 .. totalShares maxPerWallet : 1 .. min(100, totalShares) tierSize : 100 .. totalShares tier1Window : 1 .. 30 days openMultiple : 1 .. 10 native prices : tier1PriceCents 10 .. 10,000 (USD cents), priceStepCents 0 .. 1,000 stock prices : tier1PriceAsset > 0, priceStepAsset <= tier1PriceAsset buy/sell tax : 0 .. 1000 bps each (0-10%) tax allocation : wallet+burn+dividend+liquidity == 10000 bps whenever either tax rate > 0 ===================================================================== 4. PLATFORM ECONOMICS (both fees go to the platform wallet) ===================================================================== - CREATION FEE: flat US$1.00 per launch, charged once at createToken. Denominated via the factory's launchFeeUsdCents (default 100), paid in native BNB converted at the Chainlink BNB/USD rate, forwarded to the platform feeRecipient. NON-REFUNDABLE: abandoning steps 2/3 or a failed Tier 1 never returns it. If the forward transfer fails, the fee is credited to a pull-pattern balance the recipient can withdraw — a failing recipient can never block a launch. Applies to BOTH payment modes (stock-pair launches also pay the fee in native BNB). - OPEN FEE: 2% of the Tier-1 ESCROW ONLY (snapshotted when Tier 1 completes), taken when the pool opens. Market-phase payments are never part of the fee base. A failed Tier 1 pays ZERO fee. - The platform takes NO cut of token taxes — 100% is the creator's. - Gas (measured, 1 gwei): about $1.04 total for the three creation steps (about $1.13 when a dividend tracker is cloned). Gas is paid by the creator's wallet to the network; it is not a platform charge. SUPPLY SPLIT — FIXED for every factory launch, not creator-adjustable: 50% share sale / 30% liquidity / 20% mining / 0% creator. Split values submitted in params are ignored on the factory path. LP RULE — factory launches: when the pool opens, the launch's liquidity tokens are minted to the dead address 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD (LP burned). Auto-liquidity LP (section 7) goes to the same dead address. This is platform policy, not a creator choice. (The platform's own $BOUND token is a standalone deployment, not a factory launch, and is outside the scope of this spec.) ===================================================================== 5. SALE MECHANICS (per launch: the LaunchSale clone) ===================================================================== TIER 1 — ESCROW PHASE - Flat price per share: native mode in USD cents (converted to BNB via Chainlink at buy time); stock mode in the pair asset itself. - Every Tier-1 share pays out the same amount: perShare = sale allocation / totalShares. - Payments are held in ESCROW by the sale contract, recorded per buyer. - Buyers call buy(agentId, count); max maxPerWallet shares per wallet. - When total sold reaches tier1Shares before the deadline, Tier 1 completes and the pool opens (section 6). Buyers then collect their tokens with claimTier1() (the creator can also push settlements with pushTier1Payouts). - If the deadline (tier1Window from sale start) passes first, Tier 1 FAILS: every buyer recovers 100% of escrowed payments via claimRefund() (or the creator's refundTier1Batch). No fee, no partial refunds — 100%, always. MARKET PHASE (after the pool opens) - Remaining shares are sold by the sale contract at prices derived from the live pool ratio (+1%); every payment is transferred INTO the pool and the pair is synced, so successive buys move the price monotonically and liquidity deepens with each sale. Nothing accumulates in the sale contract. - If pool opening is briefly deferred (pair state), payments wait in a separate pending bucket and join the seed when opening completes — they are never fee-bearing. PAIR MODES - Native (pairAsset = 0x000...000): quote asset is BNB/WBNB. Prices in USD via Chainlink (with staleness/round guards). - Stock (pairAsset = a whitelisted bStock, section 8): prices are denominated in the asset itself (tier1PriceAsset / priceStepAsset, in the asset's base units; no oracle). buy() pulls payment via transferFrom — the buyer must approve the sale contract first. Escrow, refunds, the 2% open fee and the pool seed are all in the asset. Escrow crediting uses the MEASURED received amount, so fee-on-transfer assets cannot break refund solvency. ===================================================================== 6. POOL OPENING ===================================================================== - Triggered automatically when Tier 1 completes (or by forceOpenPool() if the automatic opening deferred). - The pair (token / WBNB or token / bStock) is created on PancakeSwap V2 if needed, seeded with the post-fee Tier-1 escrow plus the launch's 30% liquidity allocation, at an opening price = openMultiple x the Tier-1 implied price, capped by the liquidity allocation. - The 2% open fee is deducted from the escrow snapshot at this moment. - Pool LP tokens are minted to the dead address (section 4). - Mining begins at this moment (section 9). If Tier 1 fails, mining never starts and the mining allocation is never minted. ===================================================================== 7. TOKEN TAX SYSTEM (Flap-style, optional) ===================================================================== - buyTaxBps and sellTaxBps are SEPARATE rates, each 0 .. 1000 bps (10%). Both zero = a plain, untaxed token. - The tax applies ONLY to trades with the pair (buy = transfer out of the pair, sell = transfer into the pair). NEVER taxed: mints (sale payouts, mining claims, pool seeding), burns, wallet-to-wallet transfers, transfers involving the sale / mining / factory / token / tracker / tax-recipient addresses, and dividend claims. - Collected tax is split by the creator's allocation (must total 10000 bps when either rate > 0). The sender always spends exactly the full transfer amount. - WALLET bucket: forwarded immediately to taxRecipient (the creator's wallet when taxRecipient = address(0)); rounding remainder goes here. - BURN bucket: burned immediately (reduces total supply). - DIVIDEND bucket: sent to the launch's dividend tracker as a new distribution (below). - LIQUIDITY bucket: accumulates in the token contract; when it reaches the factory-set threshold (default 0.5% of the token cap, snapshotted per launch), the next taxed transfer swaps half for the quote asset and adds liquidity with the other half. LP goes to the dead address. Execution is bounded by spot-derived slippage minimums (20% tolerance); a worse execution, or any failure, defers processing with the accumulator intact — it can never block a trade. - Recipient and allocation are fixed at creation and cannot change. DIVIDENDS (LaunchDividendTracker clone, exists only when the dividend allocation > 0 and a tax rate > 0): - Distributions are paid in the launch token itself, pro-rata to holder balances, using magnified-per-share accounting. Balances are re-synced after every trade; the pair, the token/sale/mining/factory/tracker contracts and the dead address are excluded and earn nothing. - Any holder can claim at any time; claims are untaxed. A distribution that arrives when no holders are tracked (or that would overflow the accumulator's safe range) is parked as `undistributed` and credited later once it can be absorbed — value is deferred, never lost, and claiming never blocks transfers. ===================================================================== 8. BSTOCK PAIR WHITELIST (the only allowed stock pair assets) ===================================================================== Only OFFICIAL Binance bStocks (issuer: BTech Holdings; on-chain symbol = US ticker + "B"; all 18 decimals) with a live whitelist entry may be used as pairAsset. Never accept a same-symbol token at a different address. Initial whitelist (BSC): TSLAB (Tesla) 0x5b1910eaad6450e50f816082aa078c41f10c292f QQQB (Invesco QQQ) 0x205812CdBed920aFf76C6580abD681a46D11efc7 SPCXB (SpaceX) 0xbe9d156892e55e7154bcd3cb0fea677f9d3103e1 AAPLB (Apple) 0x431a3bee82e2ca41e49895cbece5bb0f76a89b7a NVDAB (NVIDIA) 0x02fca66c1d1afb4e2a7884261eb00f63598a7436 MSFTB (Microsoft) 0x80106cb3EAD06659A5ad19DF39D9b4733863B9b0 SPYB (SPDR S&P 500) 0x7138b48df7D98D7e3cc221BfE7192D0a178182D8 MSTRB (Strategy) 0xE87afb3076AeB0f9B14E368DE8145ae6a2826A14 GOOGLB (Alphabet) 0x3F53De71c126BdaBAe20f9cD64848d317f6C3238 NFLXB (Netflix) 0xd6829ea836b6fa224d099d40e54b31262f874631 The whitelist is managed by the platform owner on the factory; assets can be added later (e.g. METAB is an official bStock but is NOT whitelisted — its PancakeSwap V2 pool is empty). pairAsset = address(0) always means native BNB mode. Note: bStock issuers reinvest dividends as additional tokens and process splits — escrow accounting is per-buyer recorded amounts and is not affected by issuer-side balance changes. ===================================================================== 9. MINING FOR BOUND AGENTS HOLDERS (20% of every launch) ===================================================================== - Every launch reserves 20% of its supply for mining. A LaunchMining clone mints it on schedule — it is NOT pre-minted. - Default schedule: 4 phases x 30 days (120 days), phase split 50% / 25% / 15% / 10% of the mining allocation, linear accrual per second inside each phase. - Rewards go to holders of the Bound Agents NFT collection (0xa75526d63bd5E3b3e8A65a5f2efEF45072904d04), weighted by each NFT's rarity weight, read LIVE from the BoundMining oracle (0xBe532cdd09683645499d4fd6205B78b124F02abE) — weights are never copied into the launch's contracts. - Rewards are minted into each NFT's own ERC-6551 token-bound wallet; the CURRENT owner of the NFT claims them (claim(tokenId), or claimMany for several agents at once). Rewards travel with the NFT if it is sold. - Mining starts only when the launch's pool opens. A failed Tier 1 = mining never starts, allocation never minted. ===================================================================== 10. REGISTRY — FINDING A LAUNCH'S CONTRACTS ===================================================================== The factory keeps the launch registry: launchesCount() and getLaunch(i) give each launch's creator and its token / sale / mining contract addresses (and the dividend tracker when one exists), plus creation time and live status. Always resolve a launch's contracts from the registry or from the launch's page on boundagents.bond — never from chat messages, social posts, or third-party sites. ===================================================================== 11. PROMPT TEMPLATES (what humans paste to you) ===================================================================== CREATE — STEP 1 (createToken, payable, with the $1 fee): "Create a token launch for me on the Bound Agents Launchpad factory (BNB Chain, chainId 56). FACTORY = [announced factory address]. Read quoteLaunchFeeWei(), then call createToken(agentId, name, symbol, cap, params) with the LaunchParams I give you, attaching at least the quoted fee. Record the launchId and keep my params EXACTLY for steps 2 and 3." CREATE — STEPS 2 and 3 (finalizeLaunch / deployMining, no value): "Continue/finish my launch: call finalizeLaunch(launchId, params), then deployMining(launchId, params), re-sending my ORIGINAL LaunchParams byte-identical — including taxRecipient = 0x0000...0000 if that is what step 1 used. Never substitute resolved values (ParamsMismatch)." BUY (native BNB pair): "Buy shares for me: read my Agent ID from the SPACE ID registry, then call buy(agentId, COUNT) on the sale contract [SALE], sending exactly the BNB the contract quotes (max 10 shares per wallet). Tier-1 money sits in escrow; report the tx hash." BUY (bStock pair): "Buy shares for me: prices are in [PAIR] ([PAIR_ADDRESS]). Approve the sale contract [SALE] to spend my [PAIR] up to the quoted total, then call buy(agentId, COUNT). My escrow is held in [PAIR]. Report the tx hash." CLAIM TIER 1 (pool open): "Call claimTier1() on the sale contract [SALE] from my wallet and report how many tokens arrived, plus the tx hash." REFUND (Tier 1 failed): "Call claimRefund() on the sale contract [SALE] from my wallet. I am owed 100% of my escrowed payments — no fee on a failed Tier 1. Report the refunded amount and the tx hash." CLAIM DIVIDENDS: "Call the claim function on this launch's dividend tracker [TRACKER] from my wallet. Dividends are paid in the launch token and are untaxed. Report the amount and the tx hash." CLAIM MINING (Bound Agents holders): "On the launch's mining contract [MINING], claim rewards for my Bound Agents NFT(s) [TOKEN IDS]: pending rewards are minted into each NFT's own ERC-6551 wallet. Use claim(tokenId) or claimMany. Report the amounts and the tx hash." ===================================================================== 12. SAFETY RULES FOR AGENTS ===================================================================== - Resolve every address from the factory registry or boundagents.bond. FACTORY_ADDRESS is announced there at launch; until then, do not transact against any "factory" address from any other source. - Respect the EXACT-PARAMS RULE (section 3) on every multi-step flow. - Never send more value than a contract quotes; in stock mode, never approve more than the quoted buy total. - Simulate/preview every transaction before executing, and always report transaction hashes back to the human. - Failed Tier 1 means refunds of exactly 100% — if a flow ever suggests less, stop and report it instead of proceeding.
